Wrigleys' Charity Leadership Forum: Taking stock and sharing tips for managing competing demands to help you and your charity to stay at the top of your game
Free to attend
Following the success of our recent forum on “Emerging from lockdown – lessons learnt: the good, the bad and the ugly”, we are pleased to invite you to the next event in our charity leadership series. The forum runs throughout the year as a round table discussion with a focus on a different topic each time. The forum will be carried out under the Chatham House Rule and will provide an opportunity for discussion, knowledge and experience sharing.
Balancing the demands of the here and now with the strategic planning required to secure the future success of your organisation is a constant struggle, and puts extraordinary pressure on the management teams in organisations. This is most likely a familiar juggle for members of the senior leadership teams in the sector, but has never been more so following the last eighteen months where perhaps resilience may be low. This session offers an opportunity to share good practice and useful mechanisms for countering that pressure.
We have deliberately limited the numbers for the forum to create an environment conducive to free discussion and therefore, we anticipate that this forum will quickly be fully booked so please do sign up early to avoid disappointment. This is also limited to one individual per organisation across both sessions.
