Jenny Graduated from the University of Wolverhampton and The Hogeschool Holland in 1997 with a joint honours degree in European Business Administration and Economics. Jenny has 14 years’ experience as a Financial Planner and she specialises in the investment and protection of catastrophic damages awards as well as private client work. She has been involved in many leading and high value cases from a financial planning perspective. Jenny has spent the last 13 years working at Tilney and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is also a Dementia friend. She works closely with solicitors and accountants to provide joined up advice for clients.

Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and has spent over five years working with Tilney within the Serious Injury & CoP Team. Paul has 9 years’ experience as a Financial Planner, specialising in advice for those affected by serious injury, both pre and post-settlement. Paul has been involved in many high value cases from a financial planning perspective and regularly provides advice for litigators, professional trustees and deputies, including periodical payment orders and pension loss, as well as CoP applications, in particular those involving gifting, statutory wills and more complex applications.
