Since retiring Andy has worked on a range of housing and regeneration projects in Leeds, including chairing a multi-agency public/private sector Board which oversaw the development of a number of major health and one stop centres. Andy has provided management support to a range of public and private sector organisations including a number of years supporting Unity Housing Association. He was Chair of the Board of Renew Leeds from July 2010 and recently oversaw the transfer of services previously delivered by Renew to GIPSIL. Andy has been the Chair of the Board of Feel Good Factor since 2004 and is passionate about the delivery of services which focus on neighbourhood renewal and sustainable communities.

Duncan joined Wrigleys in 2016 from his previous post as Director and Head of Charities and Social Enterprises for a regional firm of solicitors. With over 20 years' experience in the sector, Duncan advises trust-based and corporate charities primarily on governance issues. He is a trustee of a number of charities, including St George's Crypt, Leeds. He is a trustee of the Real Junk Food Project and has in the past run his own 'surplus food cafe'.

Meg Heath’s career combines work in the corporate and Third Sector. In the past she has run her own business, was Deputy Fund Director at the Business Enterprise Fund where she helped to grow it into one of the larges CDFIs in England and has spent time working in consultancy. She currently works with a number of third sector organisations and companies including Walsh Taylor who work with charities and social enterprises who are experiencing financial issues.
