About The Webinar

Please note this webinar has already taken place.

Presented by our guest speaker Robin White, who was the first barrister to transition from male to female while practising at the employment and discrimination bar, this webinar will provide a reminder of the current legal protections for trans people under the Equality Act 2010 and the Gender Recognition Act 2004. It will explore employers’ obligations in this developing area of law and provide a timely opportunity to consider best practice for supporting trans employees and balancing rights in the workplace.  Robin speaks and writes regularly on these topics.
