Sophie is an Associate in our Charities and Social Economy Team.

Sophie joined Wrigleys as a trainee solicitor in September 2015 and qualified into the Charities and Social Economy team in June 2017. She advises charities and other social enterprises on a wide range of matters, including formation, legal structures, constitutional amendments, trustee duties and governance.

Sophie has a keen interest in ESG and environmental issues, both professionally and personally, and is a member of her local climate action group.

Laurel is an associate in our charities and social economy team.

Laurel joined Wrigleys in 2017 and qualified into Wrigleys’ charities and social economy team as a solicitor in 2020.

Laurel has experience working with a range of charitable organisations and social enterprises, advising on governance, legal structures, incorporations, mergers, interactions with regulators, and winding up.
