Areas of practice:

Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Lucy advises individuals on a broad range of private client matters.

These include lifetime tax and succession planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and advising executors and surviving family members in relation to the administration of Will trusts and associated capital tax issues.  She also advises individuals and trustees on trust formation, taxation and ongoing management including tax efficient restructuring.

Lucy’s experience further extends to advising individuals on the creation of charities and their registration with the Charity Commission.
