Areas of practice:

Devora joined Wrigleys in 2024. She trained with international law firm, Mayer Brown LLP, joining its pensions team on qualification in 2011. 

Devora has experience advising occupational pension schemes on all aspects of pensions law for trustee and employer clients. 

She has extensive experience advising schemes on the day-to-day management of trustee governance, benefit issues, scheme funding, member queries, and scheme documentation. She also has significant experience in relation to liability management exercises and advising on scheme benefit specifications. 

Recent experience includes:

  • working with a number of schemes in relation to buy-in transactions;
  • advising on scheme benefit specifications;
  • drafting a broad spectrum of amendments to scheme documentation;
  • negotiating scheme administration contracts;
  • advising in relation to DC flexibilities and drafting related documentation;
  • advising in relation to the abolition of the lifetime allowance;
  • advising in relation to the Virgin Media case;
  • scheme closure exercises;
  • advising on section 75 debt issues including flexible apportionment arrangements;
  • certifying guarantees with the PPF for levy purposes.
